Mrs. Ghandehari Bahadorzadeh has dedicated 35 years to Kahrizak Charitable Foundation and through the tireless efforts of herself and thousands of volunteers, she has transformed the lives of thousands of people with disabilities and elderly Iranians. She uses social entrepreneurship, which combines philanthropy and business acumen, to not only lift the social stigma of disability, but to make each individual a proud, self-assured, and productive member of the community.

خانم اشرف قندهاری زنی است که با گامهای مطمئن خویش بنیانگزار فعالیتهای گروه بانوان نیکوکار در ایران و خارج کشور است و خلوص نیت، صمیمت، تواضع، انرژی و شیوه مدیریت اوست که شان فعالیت نیکوکاری در کهریزک را بدانجا رسانده که زنان از قشرهای بسیار مرفه تا کارمند و کارگر و خانه دار در آنجا داوطلبانه و بدون چشمداشت کار می کنند. فعالیت های بانوان نیکوکار در کهریزک چنان اعتماد قشرهای مختلف مردم را جلب کرده که بخش عمده بودجه کهریزک از طریق کمک های مردمی تامین می شود.
